Assistant Principal

Hello Huerta Eagles!

I am so thrilled to welcome you all to the 2026-2027 school year! I absolutely loved my first year as your Assistant Principal. It was incredibly special to be back at my home school, working alongside our wonderful students, staff, and families in this new role.

Dolores Huerta holds a very special place in my heart, and after seeing all the growth and hard work from our community last year, I am even more committed to supporting our eagles. I am looking forward to another fantastic year of working together to ensure every student feels valued, inspired, and empowered to achieve their dreams.

Together, we will continue to help our Huerta Eagles soar to new heights!

Warmly,

Martha Funes
